My first book, Uncomfortable, is about how our modern quest for comfort is making us miserable.

This book demonstrates that feeling uncomfortable is fundamental for helping us become healthier, happier, more creative and more productive people.

I read quite a bit - about a book a week, ever since I was about 18 - meaning I've read about 1500 books - do the math to figure out my age. You can check out some of the books I've read here on goodreads. Many of those books have deeply influenced me.
